2018 | The Beginning

Waed Contracting was founded in Riyadh and Qassim as a Saudi vision to provide innovative contracting and decoration solutions.

2019

We carried out our first residential and commercial projects and earned the trust of clients and real estate developers.

2020 – 2021

We expanded into institutional and healthcare projects, and we began our partnership with Jazeera Paints to enhance the quality of finishing works.

2023 – 2022

We completed more than 100 diverse projects (restaurants, cafés, offices, hospitals, villas) and established our name in the local market.

2024 – 2025

We launched the AI-powered interior design tool and our strategic plan to expand to cover all the cities of the Kingdom.
